The Pro-Life Hypocrisy Of The Pro-Death Party

Mass Murder Inc - The GOP Protects Its Power At The Expense Of American Lives

Assault weapons are designed to do only one thing - kill as many humans as fast as possible. Semi-automatic weapons are built for attacking people.  Not self-defense, hunting, or sport shooting ... only human mass murder.

The GOP knows this. After countless thousands of Americans killed and wounded, most Americans know this too.

Yet after each and every shooting, every mass murder of children, every bullet-riddled church and grocery store,
the NRA-bought-and-paid-for GOP bleats its favorite mantras to divert attention from its NRA donors:

"We need more guns" ... because 100 million guns weren't enough to stop a school shooter in the 1980s, so they pushed America to buy another 100 million guns, but that wasn't enough to keep school shootings from doubling, so they said we need another 100 million more guns, with the same result, but now with 400 million guns we have mass shootings every week in schools, so the GOP says we must buy another 100 million guns. The GOP will literally kill
Americans to maintain the delusion ... and to stay in power at any cost, even your life.

After every mass murder in the past 25 years, the GOP said we need more guns.  After buying more guns, more school shootings occurred with even more children murdered, but gun sales and profits skyrocketed.

The GOP's ugly secret - dead children are profitable.

"Let us pray".  This is the same as "We need more guns", with exactly the same effect.  Millions of people have offered billions of prayers over the decades, because the churches support GOP politicians and their lies from their pulpits.

The hypocrisy of the 'religious right' makes this particular mantra notable, since they buy millions of guns that exist only to kill humans, bleating to their base that they're 'pro-life' and 'saving children', while voting for the GOP to push more guns and falsely blame Democrats for the GOP's sociopathic failures.

"Guns don't kill people, people kill people"  This is so inane, it's an indictment of American intelligence that anyone, even the uneducated right-wing, was ever dumb enough to believe this made sense, but the NRA and GOP recite it daily in their echo chambers and say "See, I told you it was true!".

Republicans kill people by putting gun manufacturer and dealer profits ahead of American lives and public safety,
then trade on that death and destruction to get more votes by acting like gun dealers to sell more deadly weapons.

"It takes a good guy with a gun to stop a bad guy with a gun"  Another catchy slogan for those who can only understand slogans, which is the core of the GOP base.   Since mass shootings are now a daily part of life, it's apparent the bad guys don't read slogans.

A vote for the GOP is a vote for mass murder.

The entire GOP Senate believes that 'right to life' extends only to a fetus, while the 'right to life' of children
and ordinary citizens is secondary to the 2nd Amendment right to unlimited weapons of war and mass murder.   For decades, they've placed a higher value on keeping their seats than protecting us and our children.

So where are the 'Pro-Lifers' who demand an end to women's rights?  They're out buying guns that kill masses of people as fast as possible, while opposing women's right to a safe abortion.

Congress long ago recognized that certain firearms should only be used by the military and law enforcement, restricting them accordingly, with no 2nd Amendment conflicts.  After decades of mass shootings, Americans are painfully aware that all semi-automatic firearms are just as deadly as other military weapons.

Semi-automatic guns of any kind, including handguns, rifles and shotguns, are weapons of war.

We must either reclassify all semi-auto weapons as being for military and law enforcement use only, or repeal the 2nd Amendment altogether.   U.S. Supreme Court Justice Warren Burger, a conservative, once said, “The gun lobby’s interpretation of the Second Amendment is one of the greatest pieces of fraud, I repeat the word fraud, on the American people by special interest groups that I have ever seen in my lifetime.” and advocated for its repeal and replacement.

However, the right-wing Supreme Court is now poised to expand those deadly rights, risking even more American lives to satisfy the GOP's desire for its base to carry concealed firearms virtually everywhere ... except courtrooms.  The GOP has refused to stop our epidemic of mass school shootings, rejecting even background checks, choosing to stay on course for removing what few gun restrictions remain, to pander to white supremacists and militant nationalist groups.
